Greene County military veterans will again be able to find assistance with veterans’ service without leaving the county.
Mike Bierl assumed the role of veterans service officer and opened the Greene County office on the first floor of the courthouse Monday. His regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 1 pm.
Bierl served in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 2003, and he was on the Shelby County Veterans Affairs Commission for six years.
